Grape Must

A sweet and refreshing anytime snack ideal on hot days but really all the time…is there a specific time to enjoy delicious sweet healthy snacks? Didn’t think so.




2 kg Red Grapes

1 tbsp Potato Starch




Put the grapes into a large pan

Rinse and drain them

Turn the heat on and cook them, stirring ever so often, at low heat.

The grapes will start to soften and release their juice.

You can help speeding this up by gently pressing on the them when they are soft.

Stir 1 tbsp of potato starch in a glass half filled with water (cold water or at room temperature)

The potato starch will dissolve

Pour the liquid into the pan and stir the grape juice until it starts to thicken up a little.

Turn the heat off

Let it cool down and use a blender to give it a smooth consistency

Refrigerate for a few hours

Enjoy as a jam on your favourite bread or on its own! ♥♥
