Yummies Fruit Rolls

Delicious Fruit Rolls, baked at low temperature to preserve most nutrients.

 

The ideal healthy snack to satisfy a sweet tooth 🙂

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries

2 cups raspberries

2 bananas

3/4 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp lemon juice

Method

Blend all the ingredients, the fruit with the maple syrup and the lemon juice

Spread the content on a parchment paper on a baking tray

For this recipe I use a dehydrator, it is important to keep temperature low to preserve most nutrients

I set the time for 6 hours at 45 degrees

When the fruit is dried and cooled down cut strips vertically and peel them gently by lifting them from the edge first

They are now ready to be rolled up and stored in an air tight container in the fridge
